PAYMENTS:
Payments accepted are cash, personal check, debit card, Mastercard, or Visa.
There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates are available for purchase for all services. Please be aware, when using your gift certificate, it must be presented at time of service. I will be unable to perform the service if you do not have your gift certificate with you and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to give you a chance to find it if it has been misplaced. Also it would be helpful to mention that you are using a gift certificate when booking your appointment.
PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS:
No returns or refunds allowed for opened products. Exchanges on unopened products for a replacement are allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when appointments need to be re-scheduled or canceled so that we might schedule another client. If no notice is given and your appointment is missed, a credit card will be required to reserve your next appointment and a 50% fee will be assessed for subsequently missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
POLICY ON CHILDREN:
I know that it can be tough to get away when you have children at home, however, it is my policy that no children can be allowed in my treatment room under any circumstances. This policy is mandatory due to the liability involved with certain substances that could cause injury to a rambunctious little one or to the client who is trying to control the little one.
I try to have convenient hours throughout the day and evening so that I can accommodate all my clients' needs. Please plan accordingly. Think of it as taking some time just for yourself.
